At this time we do not accept money back returns, we will however replace any defective unit or DOA product for the first 30 days from the purchase date. Customer must pay return shipping with insurance, and provide us with a tracking number. If however, this was a clearance item, then we will either replace it with a similar unit, with the similar value, or we will do a refund minus our shipping expenses. (Please note that free shipping items cost us, we will deduct what we paid for shipping from any refunds) Before any of this, the item must be returned to us for testing.
